In 2005 I received a book…actually it was the end of 2004 and it was a Christmas present. But a mystical Christmas present at that! This book claimed it could change my life in 365 days and Jesus Christ…Never doubt a book, folks. Never doubt a book. Unless it’s written by Jamie Oliver, in which…what the hell are you doing with a book written by Jamie Oliver anyway!?

So, in celebration of having just bought the 2007 copy (after 2005 everyone thought it was wise not to get me this year’s edition) I’m going to spent from now until the end of the year repeating 2005, and once again sell my soul to Benrik and their This Diary Will Change Your life. And trying, once again, to avoid being arrested by strange policemen/sectioned under the mental health act/beaten up by large people.

These are the chronicles of Buttons being told what to do by a book.
